PROTEIN BALLS

THAT’S NUTS

1/2 Cup Tommy’s Organic Brown Rice Protein – Unflavoured

Pinch of Salt

1/4 Cup Nut Butter (except for Peanut Butter)

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

2 Tablespoons Vegan Choc Chips

METHOD:

  1. Add Tommy’s Brown Rice Protein Powder and salt in bowl. Then add peanut butter and maple syrup till well combined. Add in choc chips and stir.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy !

COCONUT & LEMON ZESTY BALLS

1 1/2 Cup Almond Meal or Almond Flour

3/4 Cup Desicated Coconut

3 TBS Tommy’s Organic Pea Protein – Unflavoured

2 TBS Lemon Juice

Zest of Lemon

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

METHOD:

  1.  Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Then add lemon zest, lemon juice and maple syrup and mix till well combined.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy!

COCO-CHOC BLISS BALLS

1 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/3 Cup Almond Flour

2 Tablespoons Tommy’s Organic Pea Protein – Unflavoured

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)

1/4 Cup Vegan Choc Chips

METHOD:

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix till well combined. Then add melted coconut oil once cooled, and mix.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy!

GAINZ BALLS

1 Cup Tommy’s Organic Gainer – Vanilla

1/3 Cup Ground Hemp Seed

1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt

2 Tablespoons Vegan Choc Chips

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/2 Cup Almond Butter

2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

1/4 Cup Water

1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (melted)

METHOD:

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix till well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy!

CACAO-CHOC CRUNCH BLISS BALLS

1 Cup Almond Meal

1/4 Cup Tommy’s Complete Protein with Cacao-Choc

1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs

Pinch of Salt

4 TBS Almond Butter

3 TBS Maple Syrup

METHOD:

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Then add almond butter, maple syrup and mix till well combined.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy!

LAMINGTON BLISS BALLS

2/3 Cup Almond Meal

1/3 Cup Tommy’s Complete Protein with Cacao-Choc

2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder

2 Tablespoons Desicated Coconut

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)

TOPPINGS

100g Lindt Chocolate Bar

1/3 Cup Desicated Coconut

METHOD:

  1.  Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.  Stir in melted coconut oil which has been cooled first, and maple syrup to dry ingredients till well combined. 
  2.  Refrigerate for 15 minutes.  In meantime, melt Lindt Chocolate and plate the coconut.
  3. Roll mixture into balls, dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut.  Store in fridge for 30 minutes.  Then enjoy!

3 Handfuls of Spinach

1 Kiwi Fruit

1 Small Ripe Frozen Banana

1 Small Avocado

1 1/2 Cups Fresh Pineapple

3/4 Cup Almond Milk

2 Scoops Tommy’s Complete Protein with Super Greens

TOPPINGS OF CHOICE

Blueberries

Coconut Flakes

Chia Seeds

Granola

Cacao Nibs

Sunflower Seeds

Pumpkin Seeds

Almond Butter

METHOD:

  1.  Blend in blender till smooth.
  2. Scoop in 2 small bowls or 1 large bowl and add your favourite toppings
