Can I use Tommy’s Protein Powders in my children’s shakes?

Yes, our Organic Pea Protein (Gluten free), Organic Rice Protein (Gluten free) is suitable for ages from 2 to 102. It is suitable for kids with restrictive diets, and who are fussy eaters.

We do recommend speaking to your paediatrician first, to determine if the products are right for your child.

Can I use Tommy’s Protein Powders during my pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes, Tommy’s protein powders are made from the highest quality organic ingredients available. 100% natural with nothing artificial, so is perfectly safe for expectant or breastfeeding mums.

We do recommend that prior to taking protein, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a Health Practitioner to ensure our products are right for them.

Are Tommy’s Health Addicts products suitable for coeliacs, people who have Crohn’s disease, diabetes, and people who suffer from food allergies, gut and digestive issues ?

Yes. Our Pea and Rice protein is organic certified, 100% natural, 100% plant based and gluten free. Free from allergens and gastric irritants.

Though our Protein Powders are extremely safe, derived from 100% natural ingredients, you must always use as instructed and never exceed the recommended serving.

What are the serving sizes for Tommy’s Protein powders?

22.5g – 2.5 Tablespoons is what we recommend. We recommend no more than two servings of protein per day when training heavily. Each serving contains around 19g of high quality protein.

Tommy’s Health Addicts offers FREE shipping on all orders Australia wide over $99. Otherwise shipping is $10.

At this point of time we ship within Australia only. We don’t offer internationally shipping.

When will my order be dispatched?

Our team endeavours to provide SAME DAY DISPATCH on all orders received by 2pm – Monday to Friday. Please note – during times of very high demand we occasionally may not be able to dispatch all orders on the same day. If that occurs, we will ensure they are dispatched the following day. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time to your address will depend on Australia Post.

What are the delivery times?

Tommy’s Health Addicts uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Delivery timing is estimated for 2 – 8 working days, depending on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Sydney based warehouse.

What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?

If the delivery address is unattended, a notification card will be left by Australia Post indicating pickup details at your nearest Post Office. You may wish to consider providing us with your work address for delivery if you won’t be home during business hours.

Goods picked up at the Post Office will still need to be signed for by anyone who can provide proof they live at the delivery address, or are authorised to do so. All orders are shipped from our facility in Sydney, Australia.

What if my order does not arrive within 8 business days ?

If your order has not been received within 8 business days, please notify us immediately and we will discuss your situation and endeavour to track it down. Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order.

Has my order been shipped yet?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched (please check your spam mail, as sometimes it can get redirected there).

What if my order is damaged in transit?

The upmost care is taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please notify us immediately to discuss your situation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are process and dispatched same day or next day, so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have changed your mind. While we cannot change orders once they are placed, if we can catch your order before it is dispatched we may be able to cancel it.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

Subject to applicable laws, Health Addicts reserves the right to refuse returns. Please note that we will not accept the return of a product and/or authorise a refund for the following reasons;

* You do not notify us within 7 days of receipt of that product with a valid reason, such as, product is defective or that the incorrect product was dispatched
* The product has been opened
* The product was incomplete
* The product was not returned in its original packaging
* The product shows signs of physical damage to the product and of its packaging
* The reason for the return is that you have changed your mind or made a mistake in your order
* We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items
* The product has been purchased from a store or third party and not from our online store

You may not return products without the authorisation of our Customer Service Team. All claims are subject to investigation before approval may be provided.

Authorised returns will result in a replacement product or refund. We offer a return policy on products that are classified as one of the following;

* Damaged in Transit
* Incorrectly Shipped
* Faulty product

Otherwise, due to the health risks from tampering, all our products are considered to be sold on a ‘No Return Basis’.
