1/2 Cup Tommy’s Organic Brown Rice Protein – Unflavoured

Pinch of Salt

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

2 Tablespoons Vegan Choc Chips

METHOD

  1. Add Tommy’s Brown Rice Protein Powder and salt in bowl. Then add peanut butter and maple syrup till well combined. Add in choc chips and stir.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy !

COCO-CHOC BALLS

1 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/3 Cup Almond Flour

2 Tablespoons Tommy’s Organic Pea Protein – Unflavoured

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)

1/4 Cup Vegan Choc Chips

METHOD:

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix till well combined. Then add melted coconut oil once cooled, and mix.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy!

GAINZ BALLS

1 Cup Tommy’s Organic Gainer – Vanilla

1/3 Cup Ground Hemp Seed

1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt

2 Tablespoons Vegan Choc Chips

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/2 Cup Almond Butter

2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

1/4 Cup Water

1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (melted)

METHOD:

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix till well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls and store in fridge for 1/2 hour…Then enjoy!
