How to Store
Keep well sealed and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat and moisture.
1 Serving = 3g (1 teaspoon) mixed with lukewarm water. At the same time each day to establish a routine & consistency.
GENERAL USAGE/TO SUPPORT COGNITION – Mix 3g (1 teaspoon) with a glass of water. Take a daily does with your first meal (containing carbohydrates and protein) to enhance absorption and prevent stomach bloating or discomfort, as well as shuttle creatine into muscle tissue more efficiently.
FOR PRE-WORKOUT – Take a daily dose of 3g with a glass of water 30 minutes before training. For an extra boost pair with Tommy’s Acetyl L-Carnitine. (Why? It may be more beneficial to enhance immediate performance by increasing available energy in the muscles).
FOR POST-WORKOUT – Take a daily dose of 3g after training with Tommy’s Protein Powder & Tommy’s L-Glutamine, OR with a meal containing protein and carbohydrates. (Why? It may be more beneficial for muscle recovery and growth since muscles are primed to absorb nutrients.)
If taking 2 servings daily, make sure to divide doses (Take one early in the day and one at least several hours or more later).
