Health Addicts delivers Australia wide for a flat rate fee. The exact delivery cost will be presented to you at the time of checkout. Promotions or specials may reduce or eliminate delivery fees.
We recommend you provide a work address (including business name) to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel in person, this will ensure safe delivery. If the parcel is too large for a letterbox they may just take to your nearest Post Office. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days, depending on your delivery address and how far it is from our Sydney based warehouse. If your parcel has not been received within 8 working days please contact us at info@healthaddicts.com.au with your order details to enable us to further investigate. In most cases your parcel will be at your local Post Office waiting for you to collect. Goods picked up at the Post Office will still need to be signed for by anyone who can provide proof of living at the delivery address or authorised to do so. Due to the nature of our products Health Addicts cannot deliver to PO BOXES or international destinations.
Subject to applicable laws, Health Addicts reserves the right to refuse returns. Health Addicts will not accept return of a product and/or authorise a refund for the following reasons;
