JOJOBA WAX BEADS (NATURAL JOJOBA ESTERS) – Free flowing micro-spheres of wax offering gentle yet effective exfoliation. Use only twice a week. After you have cleansed your face with the Nourishing Cream Cleanser, in the evening.
Using your fingertips gently massage a generous amount onto the face and neck for two minutes then remove with warm water. Ideal to use in the shower.
Follow with the Vitamin C Night Serum in the evening.
If your skin feels very dry, it is beneficial to layer your skincare after your evening cleansing routine. Once you have rinsed off your exfoliant, pat dry with a soft towel. Apply 1-2 drops of Vitamin C Night Serum by gently massaging into the face and neck area. This is a potent serum so less is best. Then afterwards layer by applying a generous amount of Calming Jojoba Moisturiser to the face and neck area.

Also, caffeine and alcohol which are both diuretics and increase fluid loss. This dehydration can lead to dry skin and can exacerbate wrinkles.

Find healthy ways to manage stress levels through relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, yoga, listening to music, spending time in nature and hobbies you enjoy to promote overall health and well-being. Also walking, swimming and any exercise is beneficial. Focus on positivity and gratitude.
